Samantha Henchen

Samantha M. Henchen focuses her practice on family and personal injury issues and is admitted to both the Vermont Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court of Vermont.

 

Samantha provides counsel to clients in all aspects of separation and divorce including parental rights and responsibilities, parent child contact, child support, spousal support, property division, prenuptial agreements and other family law matters. She works closely with clients to guide them through difficult processes, to best accommodate her client’s individual goals and needs.

 

Samantha is also passionate about her work in assisting clients surviving and dealing with personal injuries. Samantha creatively and persistently fights for her clients' rights to achieve better outcomes for her clients in each case.
